Apollo Organics began with my son.

 

When he was born, I became intentional about everything that touched his skin. I wanted to avoid synthetic fabrics, harsh dyes, and unnecessary chemicals that could irritate his newborn skin.

Then my eczema returned postpartum.

Growing up with eczema, I knew how painful clothing could feel during a flare. When my son developed eczema too, I knew I wanted to make our own clothes.

Apollo Organics uses organic cotton to help keep pesticides and unnecessary chemicals away from sensitive skin. We chose undyed fabric because even organic textiles are often bleached or dyed during production. We also source and sew everything in the United States because we want to know exactly how our fabric is made, from the cotton to the finished garment.

We hope that every piece brings comfort to sensitive skin. Because when a child’s skin is already struggling, clothing should be one less thing to worry about.
